1 – Accueil

La Présidente, Line Bourel, accueille les participants puis remercie Michel Vidal et son équipe (Ludovic Jean, Stéphanie Desbene-Finck, Yves Jacquot) qui nous reçoivent, à Paris, pour la tenue de l’Assemblée Générale et du 11ème séminaire de Printemps de l’AFECT.

Puis l’approbation du Compte-rendu du 10ème séminaire de Printemps [en mode visioconférence en raison des grèves sur Paris] (en date du 16 mars 2023, envoyé par mail aux adhérents le 13 avril 2023 et pour rappel le 6 février 2024) est soumise au vote puis accepté à l’unanimité.

Un erratum est annoncé concernant les UFR de Caen, Rennes et Limoges qui n’avaient pas été citées pour leur partage de ressources lors de la dernière assemblée générale.

Un appel à participation est lancé auprès de l’ensemble des enseignants titulaires.

2. Bilan moral

Le Bureau a organisé ses actions au travers de régulières réunions réalisées en visioconférences (5 dont 1 était communes avec le CA).

Nicolas Primas, Trésorier de l’association, annonce que les statuts modifiés ont été déposés le 26 juin 2023 et partage le récépissé de déclaration de modification.

Nicolas Primas rappelle que le 4ème prix de Thèse de Chimie Thérapeutique Alain Gueiffier a été attribué par le Jury (Thierry Besson, Pierre Francotte, Amanda Garrido, Ludovic Jean, Yves Jacquot et Marc Pudlo) à Romain Mustière (thèse encadrée par Patrice Vanelle et Nicolas Primas) pour ses travaux sur la Synthèse de nouvelles thiénopyrimidinones et analogues à visée antiplasmodiale. Monsieur Romain Mustière a présenté ses travaux l’après-midi même.

La Présidente Line Bourel a ensuite a rappelé que le second webinaire commun à la SCT, l’AFECT et l’AECOP s’est tenu le 27 juin 2023. A cette occasion le prix Georges Wermuth a été remis à Amanda Garrido et son équipe. Pour rappel, ce prix a été mis en place en 2022 d’après une initiative commune à l’AFECT, l’AECOP et la SCT suite à l’envie mutuelle dont les objectifs sont les suivants : 1/ conforter l’enseignement de la chimie en pharmacie (DFGSP, DFASP) et mettre en lumière une contribution pédagogique remarquable et 2/ encourager la formation des futurs chercheurs en chimie médicinale (Doctorat). Les conditions de candidature sont rappelées et les membres intéressés sont invités à proposer leur dossier jusqu’au 1er mai 2024. Le prix de la prochaine édition sera remis lors du webinaire commun SCT-AFECT-AECOP en juin 2024.

Marc-Pudlo, vice-Président, rappelle l’engagement de l’AFECT pour que la chimie thérapeutique soit représentée lors du CNCI pour répondre au programme officiel de l’internat en Pharmacie notamment à celui de la section V dédiée au médicament, dont certains items relèvent typiquement des compétences apportées par la chimie thérapeutique. Dans cet objectif, l’AFECT s’est engagée auprès de l’association des enseignants de pharmacologie des facultés de pharmacie (AEPFP) pour compléter un ouvrage de la collection Objectif Internat (Elsevier) concernant les sciences du médicament. Marc Pudlo, coordonnateur pour l’AFECT, a remercié les 27 auteurs et relecteurs, membres de l’AFECT, qui ont accepté de s’investir dans ce projet. Finalement, l’ouvrage est plus conséquent qu’initialement prévu mais l’éditeur a accepté compte tenu de la valeur ajoutée par les compléments des chimistes. Après un aller-retour avec les pharmacologues, les relectures/validations doivent être réalisées pour le 15 mars 2024. L’ouvrage devrait paraître en septembre 2024.

Toujours dans cet objectif, Marc Pudlo rappelle des consignes pour la rédaction de QCM à faire remonter par un enseignant à Vincent Lisowki présent dans la commission du CNCI. Chaque membre intéressé pour proposer des questions peut se rapprocher de Marc Pudlo dans un premier temps.

Nicolas Primas annonce la remise de deux prix AFECT d’une valeur de 150 euros chacun pour récompenser les meilleures présentations des posters au Congrès GP2A organisé du 23 au 25 août 2023 à Marseille. Thierry Besson, Vice-Président, a décerné ses prix à Thomas Zimmermann de l’University of Wuerburg, Germany et Florian Schwalen de l’Université de Caen Normandie, France.
Ces prix seront reconduits pour chaque Congrès GP2A lorsqu’il seront organisés en France.

Le bilan moral est soumis au vote. Il est accepté à l’unanimité.

3. Bilan financier 2023 par le Trésorier, Nicolas PRIMAS

Le bilan financier est fourni en annexe. Le solde au 01/01/2023 était de 20 266,44 euros ; au 31/12/2023, il était de 21 244,97 euros. Peu de dépenses ont été engagées l’année dernière. Il est à noter une nouvelle dépense pour les nouveaux prix décernés lors du GP2A.

Le bilan financier est proposé au vote. Il est accepté à l’unanimité.


Nicolas Primas dresse ensuite un état des lieux de l’association. L’AFECT est composée de 86 membres dont 3 retraités. Une trentaine de membres ne sont pas à jour de leur cotisation. 3 demandes d’adhésion ont été formulées.

Le trésorier relance un appel à cotisation et précise qu’elle peut être réglée par virement, chèque ou bon de commande via chorus pro (si cotisation prise en charge par le laboratoire).

4. Demandes d’adhésion

Benjamin Boucherle, MCU à Grenoble, est parrainé par Nicolas Primas.

Nour Bou Karroum, MCF en chimie thérapeutique à Lille après un Doctorat à l’IBMM et Université Libanaise puis ATER. Post-doc de 15 mois avec Damien Bosc puis de 18 mois. Parrainée par Damien Bosc.

Romain Paoli-Lombardo Interne en Pharmacie. AHU depuis septembre 2023 parrainé par Nicolas Primas.

Un vote individuel collectif a permis d’avaliser la candidature de chaque candidat comme membre actif de l’association.

5. Actualités CNU

Marc-Antoine Bazin, vice-secrétaire de l’AFECT et élu au CNU-86, a dréssé un bilan des dossiers reçus pour des différentes promotions et qualifications (MCF et PU) et demande de CRCT dans la section 86 (cf diapo).

Il partage également quelques informations concernant les avis du CNU pour les dossiers de RIPEC C3. Le CNU est uniquement consultatif. De nouveaux critères sont pris en compte. Le CNU n’a pas de retour de ce qui se passe finalement au niveau des universités.
Michel Vidal et Pascal Carato interviennent pour partager leur expérience sur la distribution des primes RIPEC au niveau local. Beaucoup de dossiers sont très bons mais le nombre de primes est faible.

Isabelle Baglin et Thierry Besson ont accès aux avis du CNU après avoir rédigé leur propre rapport.

A ce jour, Marc-Antoine Bazin est dans l’impossibilité de faire un bilan global du repyramidage car les données ne sont pas encore remontées au CNU depuis les universités.

Enfin, les postes de MCF et PU ouverts au concours sont mentionnés (cf diapo).

Marc-Antoine Bazin, Marc Pudlo et Patrick Dallemagne restent à la disposition de tous les adhérents afin d’étudier comment maximiser leurs chances ou pour leur donner des conseils dans la préparation de leurs dossiers.

6. Bilan du mandat 2021-2024

Line Bourel, Présidente, présente le bilan du mandat :

7. Elections du nouveau conseil d’administration 2024-2027

Line Bourel, Présidente, remercie vivement les membres du CA ne souhaitant pas se représenter : Thierry Besson et Marc-Antoine Bazin qui sont très occupés par ailleurs et Caroline Decombat ne pouvant pas se représenter après 3 mandats de secrétaire donc 9 ans au service de l’association.

Line Bourel, au nom de tous les membres de l’AFECT, offre à Marc Antoine et Thierry une bouteille de vin et à Caroline un ensemble de jolis cadeaux. Caroline Decombat remercie l’ensemble des membres pour cette délicate attention et pour tous les échanges bienveillants qu’elle a pu avoir au cours de ces années.
Chaque membre du CA 2021-2024 souhaitant de nouveau candidater se présente en une minute : Marc Pudlo, Line Bourel, Nicolas Primas, Damien Bosc, Nicolas Lebègue, Anne-Sophie Voisin-Chiret, Edouard Badarau.

Par ailleurs, Caroline Decombat, secrétaire, avait envoyé un appel à candidature. 2 personnes se sont portées candidates par retour de mail :

Pierre Francotte (Université de Liège) avait incité ses collègues à adhérer à l’AFECT. Il souhaiterait avoir une modeste contribution mais une réelle contribution au sein de l’association.

Stéphane Gérard, PU à Reims, aurait plaisir à s’investir au sein de l’AFECT et du CA.

Finalement, après un nouvel appel à candidature en présentiel, Valérie Weber, MCU à Clermont-Fd propose son profil pour compléter les membres du prochain CA. Elle souhaiterait s’investir dans les jeux sérieux.

L’élection est réalisée à bulletin secret. Tous les membres sont élus à l’unanimité moins une abstention.

The EFMC International Symposium on Medicinal Chemistry is organised by the Division for Medicinal Chemistry & Chemical Biology (DMCCB) of the Swiss Chemical Society (SCS), on behalf of the European Federation for Medicinal chemistry and Chemical biology (EFMC). 60th edition of the International Conference on Medicinal Chemistry

The French Medicinal Chemistry Society (Société de Chimie Thérapeutique – SCT) is pleased to invite you to Paris, France on July 1-3, 2026 for the 60th edition of the International Conference on Medicinal Chemistry (RICT 2026).
